The idea of having leftover lobster will seem absurd to most everyone who doesn't live in Maine, I know. However, after our weekly lobster bakes we often find we are able to treat ourselves to lobster a second time. This is a very simple recipe.
Lobster Dip
1 cup coarsely chopped lobster meat (one 1-pound lobster)
1/4 cup (more to taste) of Hellman's's Mayonnaise
Worcestershire sauce to taste
Fresh Ground black pepper to taste.
Mix together and taste for flavor. Serve with crackers or crostini.
